Our Promise
We strive to process your order as soon as we are able to. Please allow 1-2 business days for product dispatch. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control including demand exceeding availability. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy applies.
For Standard Worldwide Shipping, All orders above $99 are FREE, the time may take anywhere between 7-21 days. There is a $14 fee if your order is under $99.
Placing an Order in KUWAIT
When you place an order through our website www.gelpolish-usa.com , you will receive an email from us to confirm the order has been made. This e-mail will contain the order number, along with other details concerning your order. Please save these details for any future queries about your orders.
In case of missing / incomplete information our customer service team member will contact you to complete the information.
Shipping cost is FREE for any order Above 30 kd , if the order less than 30 kd there will be a 2kd fee for delivery.
Delivery time : Delivery will take from 24 to 48 Hours; depending on availability and seasonal promotions. To avoid any delay please make sure to put your complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order.
NOTE: During offers/promotions; the delivery time may be delayed up to a maximum of 4 days
Shipping for GCC May take 4-9 days.

International Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped on business days, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day. All items will be shipped via Standard Shipping Method - This may take from 7-28 days or more depending on Country. We Ship Worldwide!
Product Availability
GelPolish USA always tries to ship all items of your order, however, sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email or contacting you through the WhatsApp number you provide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@gelpolish-usa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to provide pictures or videos of respective items for proof of defective/damaged products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
